Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and cash on delivery up to ₹3,000. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store card numbers.

Billing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Limitation of Liability

DesiRath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
